Table-top Bronze of Pioneers of Montgomery "Cowboy" on Work Bench at Foundry

The table-top bronzes of the "Pioneers of Montgomery" historical monument have been cast at the foundry to give volunteers and contributors a better idea of what the life-sized monument destined for Cedar Brake Park will look like.  The five original table-top bronze statues are now on display at The Clover Patch Antiques and Collectibles located at 14356 Liberty Street in Montgomery, Texas.  The table-top bronze statues, about 16" in height, or the complete set of all five are now available for sale as a fundraiser towards the completion of the life-sized "Pioneers of Montgomery" historical monument to be erected in Cedar Brake Park.  Individual pieces (Charles B Stewart-the designer of the Lone Star Flag of Texas, the farmer, the rancher, the logger or the pioneer woman) are available for $3,500 each and the entire set of all five figures is available for $15,000.

Patrons of Cedar Brake Park are soliciting contributions from individuals and corporate sponsors to cover the costs of casting of the life-sized bronze "Pioneers of Montgomery" historical monument to be erected in Cedar Brake Park.  Patrons of Cedar Brake Park have estimated that the entire project can be completed for $150,000.  Contributors of $500 or more will be recognized on this web site.  Patrons of Cedar Brake Park is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization and contributions to the "Pioneers of Montgomery" historical monument project are tax deductible.  For more information about purchasing a table-top bronze statue or to make a contribution contact Sonya Clover at 713-899-0128.
